Bentley Azure is a convertible based on the Continental
R series. It made its debut in 1995 and was discontinued
in 2003. The convertible top is fully automated
and can be completely concealed within the body
of the car when retracted. |

| The
Bentley Azure features a 6750cc V8 engine with aluminum
alloy cylinder heads. It has independent front and
rear suspension. Only 1098 of the regular Azures
were built, along with 154 of the special edition
Bentley Azure Mulliner and 62 of the Bentley Azure
Final Series Performance in 2002 and 2003. 3 Azure
Final Series Luxury car were built, obviously making
them extremely rare. There were also 4 Le Mans cars.
One distinguishing feature of the Azure is the mesh
radiator matrix, which replaced the radiator slats
that had been used on previous Bentleys, and even
on the Azure until 1997. |
