| The
Mark VI engine featured aluminum alloy heads and
twin SU carburetors. 1947 was one of the more popular
years for the Mark VI in Europe. 4000 of the original
model were built, and 1202 upgraded engine models
were built after 1951, bringing total production
of the Mark VI to 5202. With that many produced,
there are still many available on the used market.
Used Bentley parts can be found online (see the
links at left). I would suggest using the internet
if you are looking for a used Bentley Mark VI, as
owners have formed clubs that may be able to help
you find the right model. Mark VIs are listed on
eBay on a regular basis. |
