| Despite
its small size and relatively weak performance numbers,
there are still very proud Spectrum owners out there
today. They cite reliability and gas mileage as
two things that are great about owning one of these
small cars. There were a few engine options, including
a 1.5 L inline 4 and a turbocharged version of that
same engine. There was also a 1.8 L turbocharged
engine popular with fans of the car. One popular
trim line was the CL. As I said, there are some
fans of this car out there, not just preserving
there cars but also customizing them with custom
wheels, monster sound systems, and even engine upgrades.
