This car finally became an Eagle in 1988 when Chrysler
needed another car to fill their new line. The car
would only last until the end of the 1989 model year.
It was sold as a 4 door sedan and a 4 door wagon.
The only engine was a 2.2L I4, and transmission options
were 5 speed manual and 3 speed automatic. The wagon
was unique in its time for its third row front-facing
seats. They are not very common on the used car market,
but you can usually find a listing or two on eBay.
Finding parts for them is easier than on older European
cars, but certainly harder than on most cars from
more popular brands. Some parts are considered parts
bin, as in they shared specs with the same parts
on other cars, but not many, as the car was designed
before it became a part of the Chrysler family.
