The 308 was made from 1975 until 1988. The GTS targa top version of this car was used in the popular TV show Magnum P.I. and thus is very recognizable with the American public.

This mid-engine car features a V8 engine, with both fuel injection and multivalve Quattrovalvole available during its production. Body styles included the Berlinetta coupe and the Spider with the open top. These were designated the GTB and GTS, respectively. Although 12,000 were produced, making it the most common Ferrari, these cars are loved by aficianados of the brand and sports car fans alike. It was voted into the top 5 sports cars of the 1970s by Sports Car International. You can find these cars on eBay, where they sell for very accesible prices considering it is a beautiful example of the Ferrari brand.
