Despite strong sales, the Tempo was getting to look a little old by 1993. The following year it was replaced by the larger and more stylish Contour.
These cars are available on the used car market, and they tend to be very cheap. Expect to pay between $500 and $3000, depending on condition. In general, they sell for even less on eBay. That's a really good option if you can find a listing for one in your area.
