Jeep Gladiator truck
The Gladiator was a pickup truck sold by Jeep from 1962 until 1971. It was also sold after that as the J2000, J4000, J10, and J20 until 1988. When it was still being sold as the Gladiator, the J200 and J2000 indicated the shorter wheelbase version, while the J300 and J3000 indicated the longer wheelbase truck.

The Gladiator was sold as both a rear wheel drive and four wheel drive truck. The solid front axle came standard, but intependent front suspension was an option.

This truck was very configurable. It came as a cab and chassis, stake bed, wrecker, and chassis mounted camper style. The bed also came in Thriftside, Townside, and Stakebed configurations.

There were military versions of this vehicle named the M-715 and M-725. Even these can be found out there on the collectors market.

The Gladiator is considered collectible by the right collector, but only if it's in the right condition. You can find them listed in your local classifieds. There are also some listings on eBay if you look at the right time.
