Трактор с погашенными фарами стал причиной гибели 14 человек
|
Томский районный суд Томской области вынес обвинительный приговор трактористу Александру Егорову, который обвинялся в нарушении правил дорожного движения, повлекшем по неосторожности смерть 14 человек (ч. 3 ст. 264 УК РФ). Как сообщили в суде, А. Егорову назначено наказание в виде 3 лет и 6 месяцев лишения свободы с отбыванием наказания в колонии-поселении. Он также лишен права управлять транспортным средством на срок до 3 лет.Трагедия произошла 14 августа 2005 г. около 22:00 по местному времени
